Personalization is done after consultation and in accordance with the technical capabilities of the model.

For orders placed before 7:00 AM, we aim to process them the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

All orders are selected and packaged with love at the MI Diamonds office.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note for regular priced items.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Earrings are not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
Custom-made jewelry is not returnable.
The method and costs of return are at the customer's expense.
Sale items are not subject to return if you change your mind.
