We work only with independent laboratories – GIA, IGI, and HRD. Each diamond/gemstone comes with a certificate with a unique number, which you can check in the respective laboratory's online system (4Cs, proportions, symmetry, polish). This confirms authenticity and quality before purchase.

What are your post-purchase guarantees?

We provide a warranty for manufacturing defects in our jewelry and insured delivery. We maintain a transparent return policy and offer free initial resizing within a reasonable timeframe. In addition to stone verification, each finished piece of jewelry undergoes a five-stage internal quality control to ensure you receive a product of high European and global standards.

Authenticity guarantee

Every finished piece of jewelry comes with a certificate issued by MI Diamonds, stating the fineness of the gold or other precious metal used, as well as details about the gemstones. Additionally, we provide a 12-month warranty covering the stone setting and the integrity of all solders and components.
