For orders placed before 7:00 AM, we aim to process them the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

During sales and when new collections are launched, processing times may be slightly longer.

All orders are selected and packaged with love at the MI Diamonds office.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note for regular priced items.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
• Earrings are not returnable due to health and hygiene reasons.
• Custom-made jewelry is not returnable.
• The method and costs of return are at the customer's expense.
• Sale items are not subject to return if you change your mind.
